North Coast Naturals 100% Natural Iso-Protein is a formulated with 100% whey protein isolate; it is very low in carbohydrates and fat, and rich in essential amino acids to support the growth and repair of lean muscle tissue.

The filtration method used to produce Iso-Protein is known as cross-flow microfiltration (CFM), which allows vital proteins known as micro-fractions to remain intact, that are otherwise easily destroyed in more zealous manufacturing processes. Micro-fractions, unique to CFM whey, are alleged to be largely responsible for whey protein’s reputed benefits.

Whey Protein Isolate (Lactose Reduced Whey Protein from Ultra Filtered Whey, Gently Isolated and Cold Filtered), Whey Peptides, Natural Flavour, Natural Citrus Flavour, Organic Cane Juice Solids (1%), Inulin, Yogurt Bacterial Culture (Lactobacillus fermentum), Aminogen® Patented Enzyme (Protease I and II), Lactose Reducing Preparation (Lactase), Soya Lecithin (for easier mixing).

Made in a facility that also processes powdered ingredients derived from eggs, corn, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts and seeds. Void of artificial preservatives, colours, flavours or sweeteners.

* Whey protein isolates are already filtered to be 97-99.6% lactose-free. Lactose is a milk sugar that some people have difficulty digesting 100% Iso-Protein is fortified with lactase enzyme to help breakdown the remaining lactose, making it even easier for those with lactose intolerance to digest.

Directions

Mix or shake one scoop (29g) in 150-250ml of water, milk, juice or your favourite beverage.
