Directions
Take two capsules with water, on an empty stomach upon waking. Take a further two capsules (with water) 30 minutes prior to lunch.
To assess tolerance, consume one capsule, twice per day for an initial seven days.
For an explosive workout, take two capsules prior to training.
Ensure you stay well-hydrated whilst using Thermo Detonator.
WARNING: Do not exceed an intake of four capsules per day.
