Ingredients:
Micellar Casein, Whey Protein Concentrate, Egg Albumen, HMB, Flavour, Colour, MCT, L-Glutamine, Stabilser (Xanthan Gum), Sweetener (Sucralose).
Add 450ml – 500ml of water to a blender or shaker cup and add 3 scoops of powder. Always add liquid first to ensure correct mixing of the Micellar casein. Take just before bed or at any time you require a slow release antocatabolic blend.
